SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES

Semi-private classes are built around individualized goals within a shared training environment, with each class limited to a maximum of six people. Cedric reviews each client’s goals, current training state, and abilities to provide personalized coaching within a group setting. This format focuses on intentional guidance.

Semi-private classes are recommended (but not required) for clients who have completed at least Phase One of personal training with Cedric. Programming follows a structured, phased approach so each person can progress safely, consistently, and with purpose.

GROUP CLASSES AT BREAKBUILD

Group classes at Breakbuild are built around individualized goals within a small-group training environment.

While you train alongside others, programming is intentionally structured to support where your body is right now. Each class focuses on developing strength, improving movement quality, and reinforcing the foundations needed for long-term progress.

Each session follows the same phased approach used in private sessions, beginning with baseline development, progressing through refinement, and ultimately supporting goal-specific work all within a consistent and supportive group setting.

8 Class Package — $240

12 Class Package — $300

  • Monthly at 3x Per Week

  • $25 per class

  • Recommended for foundation building and faster progress

Drop-In

  • $40 per class

  • Space permitting

If it’s your first time training with me, group classes begin with a training intake form and a consultation call. This allows me to understand your background, goals, and current movement needs before you join class.

Each time you schedule a class, you’ll complete a short check-in form so your training can be tailored based on how your body is feeling that day.
