  • Virtual: Live, interactive sessions hosted via video call.

Where are in-person sessions located?

394 McGuinness Blvd, Brooklyn, NY 11222

How does international or virtual training work?

Virtual sessions are hosted via Google Meet, making it easy to train from anywhere in the world. This is a great option for international clients or those who prefer the convenience of training from home.

Do I need equipment for virtual or self-guided training?

Not necessarily. We often start with bodyweight movements to assess your posture, mobility, and form. As we progress, we may introduce weights or resistance. If you are training from home, many movements can be performed using common household items or minimal equipment.

What kind of injury rehabilitation do you support?

A lot of my rehabilitation clients come to me with an injury that was caused by either an accident, incorrect form, or movement. There is a lot of training available out there but it is important to know how to train correctly. We will work to relearn and rebuild the correct movements and get you back on track. If you are currently in physical therapy I will work with your physical therapist to develop a complimentary plan that is right for you. Every injury is different and it is important to understand your movements in order to take a specific approach to your healing.

Is every program the same?

No. Because every body and every injury is different, I take a specific, bio-mechanical approach to your training. Whether you are rehabilitating or performance-building, the program is tailored to your specific movement needs.
